Hi everyone! Just wanted to say next weekend’s camping theme is to relax & have fun. Bring your favorite dish to share at the potluck breakfast & dinner. If you want to share appetizers at Happy Hour that’s great too. Excited to see everyone, relax & have a good time. Please bring your own table and chairs. Drive safe!

** IMPORTANT REMINDER **

1 The RV park is NOT providing tables at the club sites. You can move those heavy tables if you want but must return them to your site. My moving big table days are over so consider bringing a portable table if you have one. Do not ask any of the RV park employees to help you do anything per the group managers request.

2. The RV park has a new club reservation system which locks in a site for a specific amount of days. You must be sure and review the WM list and site assignment before parking your rig. If you park in the wrong site and that site is not reserved for the number of days you are staying the RV park will ask you to move.

3. Please be reminded do not park your rig at your assigned site before 2pm of your arrival day.

4. At this point your site number is NOT carved in stone. If you have a special need please let the Booking Secretary know before the cut-off date.
